Order Cancellation

Aap apna order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kar sakte hain. Cancel karne ke liye humein turant email (lwvvorld@gmail.com) ya call/WhatsApp (9350611105) karein order number ke sath. Dispatch ho chuke order cancel nahi ho paate.

Returns / Replacement

Kyunki ye consumable Ayurvedic products hain, hygiene ke chalte khule (opened) ya seal-tuti hui items return/refund ke liye eligible nahi hain. Lekin agar aapko damaged, tampered, galat ya expired product mila hai to delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar humein unboxing photo/video ke sath report karein — hum free replacement karenge.

Refunds

Eligible refund approve hone par 5–7 business days me original payment method me wapas kar diya jaata hai. Prepaid orders ka refund gateway ke through, COD orders ka refund bank transfer/UPI se hota hai.
